Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Location : Jakarta Barat (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound phone calls to new & existing Customers, to generate Sales Leads for follow up by Sales Account Executive (To get an appointment).
  • Identify & Qualify Customer IT needs on the phone.
  • Engage in Company activities and events (Exhibition, Seminars, etc).

Requirements:

  • High School / D3 degree
  • Female
  • Age 18-30 years old
  • Experience in Cold/Warm Calling and handling Customer Service (Business to Business)preferable.
  • General IT Knowledge, preferably in the area of IT Software Infrastructure, Backup & Disaster Recovery, Security Infrastructure,
  • Network Management.
  • Ability to communicate in English preferable.
  • Professional & Pleasant attitude on the phone, able to work under pressure.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill, Self-motivated, enthusiastic, team work.
  • Computer literate (MS. Office, Internet, etc).
  • Training will be provide.
