Delight your Customers
Studies show that customers are already more than half way through their purchasing decision process before they engage with you. They seek information about you and your products from an amazing number of available sources: internet searches, your company website, your competitor’s website, their social network (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter), professional communities, and news outlets (WallStreet Journal, Financial Times, Bloomberg, Reuters).
Buying decisions are often made before you can even engage. Salespeople and companies must react to this with sales productivity solutions that help salespeople become trusted advisors.
Your salesforce needs to be able to cut through the clutter and zero in on what is important. The devices in their hands need to help them win faster and sell more.
Business Ready Devices:
Choices are Key Windows phones, tablets, and pcs offer your users everything they need for both their lives: the one at work and the one at home.
And they offer you lower TCO and a higher ROI, since users won’t need two devices -they’ll have their secure business apps on the same device they use for family and fun. You’ll be able to offer CYOD scenarios, while still managing BYOD securely. All this at a lower price point. Windows devices offer straightforward business value you can take to the bank.

PCMAN – Microsoft CEO SatyaNadella has highlighted the need for a new approach to enterprise security and outlined some of Microsoft’s investments, in order to move towards mobile-first, cloud-first world. He stated that keeping the network safe at the same time as protecting Microsoft’s and the users’ data is extremely important. That is probably the reason why Microsoft is constantly looking for ways to improve their security posture through innovative technologies that is able to protect, detect, and respond to cyber incidents.
It is not easy to manage security for more than 1 million corporate devices across the globe, on multiple platforms. Microsoft’s priority is to work hard to ensure that the products are customer-ready before they go to the market. On top of that, they have to be one step ahead of the threats, considering that attackers get more sophisticated these days. They must be able to correlate their security data with their threat intelligence data to understand the situation. With the data provided, Microsoft has made some significant progress within their enterprise security for their mobile-first, cloud-first world.
Secure Platform. There are numbers of enhancements that Microsoft made to help IT enable rapid innovations while protecting corporate data and assets such as:
- Microsoft Cloud App Security general availability. Microsoft acquired Adallom, the leading cloud access security broker, to protect customer data inside their SaaS applications. They have integrated the expertise and technology that Adallom brought with it into the cloud security capabilities in Microsoft Azure and Office 365. This gesture will add another layer of security for Azure and Office 365 users.
- New security enhancements on Office 365. Microsoft has added new advanced security management capabilities into Office 365, which will improve IT visibility and control. It now has advanced security alerts, which will notify Office 365 admins of suspicious activity within the service. Another feature is Cloud app discovery, which enables IT to analyze which Cloud services their users are connecting to. They also provide the ability to approve or revoke permissions for third party services to connect to Office 365. Microsoft has definitely made their platforms more secure.
- Lockbox for SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business to start rolling. Microsoft announced general availability of Customer Lockbox for Exchange Online—which will eliminate the process of Microsoft’s engineers needing to go through multiple levels of approval while troubleshooting a customer issue.
